About
Accreditations & Policies
Transparency about how we are credentialed, how we handle marketing and reviews, and how clinical content on this site is created and reviewed.
Accreditation status
We are committed to operating within national behavioral-health accreditation standards. Current standing and active accreditations will be listed here as they are finalized. If you have a specific accreditation question — for an insurance carrier, an employer EAP, or a referring clinician — please call us at (949) 735-5705.
Marketing policy (EKRA compliance)
We do not pay or accept anything of value in exchange for patient referrals. We comply with the federal Eliminating Kickbacks in Recovery Act (EKRA), the Anti-Kickback Statute, and California's analogous laws. Our marketing, advertising, and referral practices are designed around these rules. We do not pay third-party "patient brokers," lead aggregators, or commission-based marketing arrangements that condition payment on patient enrollment or volume.
Review and testimonial policy
We do not publish patient reviews or testimonials on this website. We do this for two reasons:
- HIPAA. A patient confirming they received treatment from us is itself protected health information. Even with consent, publishing identifies them as a patient.
- California AB 920 / FTC endorsement guidelines. Healthcare reviews can mislead about typical outcomes; we are conservative about what we publish.
If you are a current or former patient who chooses to leave a public review on a third-party platform (Google, Yelp, etc.), we will not respond in a way that confirms or denies your status as a patient.
Clinical content policy
Clinical content on this site (condition pages, program pages, and educational material) is written by the clinical team and reviewed by our Medical Director. Pages currently awaiting Director review carry an "Editor's note" disclosure at the top of the page.
Our content reflects established peer-reviewed clinical literature. It is general educational information and is not medical advice. See Terms of Use.
