Los Angeles County is large, and most of it is 45 to 90 minutes from our Laguna Hills facility — so for the majority of LA County residents, Virtual IOP is the honest, effective way to begin: the full Intensive Outpatient program, three evenings a week, delivered by secure video to any adult in California. The Westside, the San Gabriel and San Fernando Valleys, and central LA are all best served this way, with no freeway commute and the same clinical structure as in-person care.

The southeast-LA corridor that borders Orange County — Long Beach, Lakewood, Cerritos, Norwalk, Downey and nearby cities — is close enough that in-person Intensive Outpatient at our Laguna Hills facility is a realistic option for those who prefer it. Every LA County city page states the real drive time, names the nearest hospital and county crisis line, and recommends the level of care that genuinely fits the distance. We treat depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, bipolar disorder, and co-occurring substance use as integrated outpatient care; we are not a residential or detox facility, and for emergencies the right call is 911 or 988.
