Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. This page explains our practice and how to submit a request.
Our current practice
Manifest Behavioral Health does not sell personal information for money, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we do not engage in either activity, there is nothing for visitors to opt out of at this time.
We will update this page if our practices change. Any new practice that triggers an opt-out right will be accompanied by a request form before activation.
What "sell" and "share" mean under California law
Under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):
- Sell means disclosing personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration.
- Share means disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising — for example, using cookies to retarget visitors across other websites.
Neither applies to disclosures made to service providers or contractors who help us operate the business under a written contract that restricts their use of the information.
Submitting a request
If our practices change in the future and you wish to opt out, you may submit a request by:
- Email: admissions@manifestbehavioralhealth.com
- Phone: (949) 735-5705
- Mail: Manifest Behavioral Health, 23297 S Pointe Dr, Laguna Hills, CA 92653
We honor opt-out preferences signaled through the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
Other CCPA/CPRA rights
You have additional rights to know, delete, correct, and limit the use of sensitive personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.
