Dana Point Β· IOP
For Dana Point residents, our Intensive Outpatient Program offers three evenings a week of structured treatment about nineteen minutes inland, with Virtual IOP as a ready alternative for hospitality and harbor-area schedules.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is 3 evenings per week, 9 hours total β built to fit around work, school, or caregiving. It runs 3 evenings/week, ~9 hours total, and is one of four levels of care we offer along a continuum from full-day PHP down to weekly aftercare.
Dana Pointβs economy runs on the harbor, tourism, and hospitality, which means a lot of variable and seasonal scheduling. In-person IOP suits residents with steady evenings; for those whose hours shift week to week, Virtual IOP keeps treatment consistent without the commute.
IOP at Manifest combines CBT and DBT skills, process groups, weekly individual therapy, and medication management when needed. It is a substantial step up from weekly therapy while preserving your days for work.
For Dana Point adults from the Lantern District, Monarch Beach, and Capistrano Beach, IOP provides accountability and structure during a difficult stretch β including the off-season income stress that can feed anxiety and depression in a tourism town.
Co-occurring substance use is treated alongside the mental-health condition by the same team. Insurance verification is free and confidential.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) runs 3 evenings/week, ~9 hours total. 3 evenings per week, 9 hours total β built to fit around work, school, or caregiving. Manifest is an outpatient program β not a medical detox or residential facility; when supervised withdrawal is needed first, we coordinate a referral. Insurance verification is free and confidential, and no referral is required to begin.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is part of a connected continuum of care. Many adults move between levels as their needs change β stepping up to IOP from weekly therapy, or stepping down to it after a more intensive level. You can read the full program details on our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) page.
