Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for Laguna Niguel residents

Laguna Niguel is a residential, commuter-heavy city, and the adults we see from Marina Hills, Kite Hill, and Niguel Summit usually need treatment that does not require them to step away from a job or family. A twelve-minute drive down Crown Valley Parkway keeps three evening sessions a week realistic.

IOP at Manifest combines CBT and DBT skills groups, process groups, weekly individual therapy, and medication management when needed. The evening structure preserves the workday while delivering meaningfully more support than a single weekly session.

Many Laguna Niguel adults arrive at IOP when weekly therapy has plateaued, or after a difficult stretch has pushed anxiety or depression past what they can manage alone. Group work provides both accountability and the relief of not facing it in isolation.
