  3. Insurance verification. If you have insurance, we verify benefits for you β€” you don't need to call your carrier. See insurance details.
  4. Clinical assessment and start. A clinician confirms the right level of care, and most people start within 1–3 business days. See what to expect on day one.

It is transmitted over an encrypted, HIPAA-covered connection and handled separately from our general website contact forms. Your records and the fact of your treatment are confidential under HIPAA and (for substance use records) 42 CFR Part 2 β€” we only release information to a third party with your written consent.
